An emblematic family of French gastronomy, Caroline & Sophie Rostang are the 6th generation of restaurateurs. With 6 restaurants in Paris - including Maison Rostang, doubly Michelin starred - the family is now working on telling a new gourmet story with Odette. The restaurant offers a cuisine where gourmet delicacies can be found in a variety of flavours as light as generous dishes. Caroline & Sophie Rostang rethink the hostel by putting it at the heart of its time, to create a living space open from morning to evening, where you can enjoy good food and delicious moments..

Odette is an essential address from both a gustatory and architectural point of view. Here, the mixture of materials is staged. Equipped with a superb wave of undulating wood on the walls, inspired by Christo's ephemeral 1985 artistic creation on the Pont-Neuf, graphic suspensions and comfortable padded benches, the unique décor of our Inn is graphic and warm.
